My favorite link style - really! I have for you a graduated width Virola link chain. Virola chains are a rare find and I buy them whenever I can.
The Virola link style is made from pairs of interlocking links that have been joined and pressed opposite one another, to create the look of staggered C-shapes along the length of the chain. Their movement is supple and smooth.
Necklace measures 17.4 inches long with a graduated width of 1.7-3mm. Chain closes with a secure spring clasp. Swedish stamps including gold purity and illegible makers mark. Condition is excellent with normal age related wear. Dark areas are just reflections from the room

I saw it. I fell in love with it. I had to have it. With a short text and a phone call to Jill, it became mine. I truly did not think that it would be possible for me to wear this beautiful piece as the original rolo-link chain that the stone hung from was only 16.5 inches in length. I needed at least a 20 inch chain. Undaunted, Jill told me that she would look for a longer chain in the same rolo-link style but with a lobster clasp that I prefer. Not long after I received a video showcasing the longer chain that Jill had found to replace the original shorter one. Jill’s video contained dialogue with close-ups of the chain as she dangled it over and through her fingers. After giving her my enthusiastic approval, I had the pendant on the new longer chain within a day or two, and it was perfect. I wore my beautiful quartz pendant for the first time on Mother’s Day and received several compliments on it. Thank you, Jill, for making my wish come true. ❤️
