Vintage Sterling Silver Herringbone Chain Necklace ALTON & Pernilla Wiberg – 17 Inch length
This piece comes from a collaboration with the Swedish company Alton and legendary Swedish Olympic skier Pernilla Wiberg.
A sleek sterling silver chain measures 17 inches long by 6.9 mm wide and closes with a secure lobster clasp. Herringbone links are solid and crafted with precision. Necklace weighs 35 grams, has Swedish stamps for maker, silver purity and locaton, and is in excellent vintage condition.

I saw it. I fell in love with it. I had to have it. With a short text and a phone call to Jill, it became mine. I truly did not think that it would be possible for me to wear this beautiful piece as the original rolo-link chain that the stone hung from was only 16.5 inches in length. I needed at least a 20 inch chain. Undaunted, Jill told me that she would look for a longer chain in the same rolo-link style but with a lobster clasp that I prefer. Not long after I received a video showcasing the longer chain that Jill had found to replace the original shorter one. Jill’s video contained dialogue with close-ups of the chain as she dangled it over and through her fingers. After giving her my enthusiastic approval, I had the pendant on the new longer chain within a day or two, and it was perfect. I wore my beautiful quartz pendant for the first time on Mother’s Day and received several compliments on it. Thank you, Jill, for making my wish come true. ❤️
