These chains are hard to find in 18k! I'm so excited to have found this beautiful chunky one to share with you. She weighs a wonderful 49.4 grams and the density feels so so good on the body.
Made by the classic Swedish maker JoAns, this necklace has a beautiful warm 18k gold glow. Necklace measures 19.8 inches long by 4.5 mm wide and is made of solid 18k gold links. Chain closes with a box clasp and double safety loops for a secure closure. Excellent vintage condition with normal age related wear.
I love the shape of the individual links - thick and rugged with a balance of round and angular, bouncing both soft and crisp highlights.
You won't want to take off this excellent chain.

I saw it. I fell in love with it. I had to have it. With a short text and a phone call to Jill, it became mine. I truly did not think that it would be possible for me to wear this beautiful piece as the original rolo-link chain that the stone hung from was only 16.5 inches in length. I needed at least a 20 inch chain. Undaunted, Jill told me that she would look for a longer chain in the same rolo-link style but with a lobster clasp that I prefer. Not long after I received a video showcasing the longer chain that Jill had found to replace the original shorter one. Jill’s video contained dialogue with close-ups of the chain as she dangled it over and through her fingers. After giving her my enthusiastic approval, I had the pendant on the new longer chain within a day or two, and it was perfect.
