A rare find! I have for you a graduated width Virola link chain. Virola chains are a rare find and the quality and movement of this piece are excellent - her new owner is sure to be very happy!
The Virola link style is made from pairs of interlocking links that have been joined and pressed opposite one another, to create the look of staggered C-shapes along the length of the chain. Their movement is supple and smooth.
Necklace measures 18.9 inches long with a graduated width of 2.7-4.7mm. Chain closes with a secure spring clasp. Marks are present but illegible due to age. Condition is excellent with normal age related wear. Dark areas are just reflections from the room

The pendant may have come earlier, but I retrieved it yesterday evening …. and I L O V E it! Here you can see it on the rounded box chain which complements the rounded triangle of the pendant. How wonderful is that! It’s like “They were meant to go together.” Because they are both 18 K gold, the color-match is perfect. Once again, Jill, we hit the bull’s eye dead center. What more can I say but, once again, “Thank you.” You’re absolutely the best.
