Garland style pattern etched wedding bands were popular in early 20th century America and platinum was the favored material to use for these pieces. During WW1 and WW2, when platinum was banned for jewelry production in North America, white gold, became the new norm.
I have for you a garland style 18k white gold wedding band with continuous etched pattern to encircle your finger.
Ring weighs 1.5g with a band width of 1.6mm. Size 5.75 and marked for 18k gold and maker W WOOD. Very good vintage condition with normal age related wear.
Use it as a wedding band or and everyday ring - it's very comfortable to wear.

I saw it. I fell in love with it. I had to have it. With a short text and a phone call to Jill, it became mine. I truly did not think that it would be possible for me to wear this beautiful piece as the original rolo-link chain that the stone hung from was only 16.5 inches in length. I needed at least a 20 inch chain. Undaunted, Jill told me that she would look for a longer chain in the same rolo-link style but with a lobster clasp that I prefer. Not long after I received a video showcasing the longer chain that Jill had found to replace the original shorter one. Jill’s video contained dialogue with close-ups of the chain as she dangled it over and through her fingers. After giving her my enthusiastic approval, I had the pendant on the new longer chain within a day or two, and it was perfect.
