SPECIAL 1975 Sterling Silver Alternating Long and Round Link Chain Necklace - 31 inch length
Made by the Swedish maker Hedens Guldatelje Bröderna, this necklace has a beautiful weight and feel.
Piece measures approximately 31 inches long by 7.6mm wide (circle link width) and is made of 47.7 grams solid sterling silver links. Pattern alternates long paperclip links with circular links. Chain is marked for maker, silver purity, year, and location. No clasp on this piece as it is long enough to easily fit overhead.
Excellent vintage condition with normal age related wear.

I saw it. I fell in love with it. I had to have it. With a short text and a phone call to Jill, it became mine. I truly did not think that it would be possible for me to wear this beautiful piece as the original rolo-link chain that the stone hung from was only 16.5 inches in length. I needed at least a 20 inch chain. Undaunted, Jill told me that she would look for a longer chain in the same rolo-link style but with a lobster clasp that I prefer. Not long after I received a video showcasing the longer chain that Jill had found to replace the original shorter one. Jill’s video contained dialogue with close-ups of the chain as she dangled it over and through her fingers. After giving her my enthusiastic approval, I had the pendant on the new longer chain within a day or two, and it was perfect. I wore my beautiful quartz pendant for the first time on Mother’s Day and received several compliments on it. Thank you, Jill, for making my wish come true. ❤️
