1907 Swedish Antique 18k Longuard Biker Link Necklace with Dog Clip - 49 inch length
Wear this antique longuard chain as a versatile double strand necklace with dog clip clasp and/or charm holder. Guard chains were popular in the Victorian era and women would wear them in various configurations, doubling or tripling the long length for different looks.
This necklace has a dog clip which can be used as a clasp by clipping it over the looped chain or left free as a charm carrier. You can wear it in the front to attach and display your charm collection, or wear in the back for a one-and-one double strand look.
Overall length measures 49 inches x 2mm wide. A simple doubled strand look measures approximately 24.5". Piece weighs 22.56 grams and is in excellent antique condition.
Piece is made of solid 18k yellow gold in a biker link pattern. This link style is particularly strong and durable. The color is wonderfully buttery yellow. 18k gold dog clip is well working and secure.
