Dainty 18k double-link solid gold bracelet - Avesta, Sweden 1960

Gold link jewelry is gold textile as jewelry - well that's how I think about my particular fascination with gold link. Obviously I'm a textile lover as I've devoted my design business to bending, sewing and musing over leather textiles. Solid gold forged into slinky chains is another chapter in my oohing and aahing over beautiful pliable yet strong constructions.

Dainty 18k double-link solid gold bracelet

Delicious delicate gold bracelet! A perfect addition to your stack.

This link type is called a double-link. Pairs of links run side by side - like two curb chains delicately soldered, link by link, to form a double length of links.

Bracelet is 18k solid gold and weighs 4.9 grams, measures just over 7 inches, and links are 4 mm wide. Full hallmarks for carat, maker, year and location. Triple crown hallmark for Sweden. 

Hidden box clasp with two safety loops fastens perfectly.
