Virola chains are a rare find and I grab them whenever I can! This one has the added bonus of watch chain clasps - a swivel dog clip and oversized spring clasp. Wear her choker length or attach to another chain for a longer look. And of course, add your charms!
The Virola link style is made from pairs of interlocking links that have been joined and pressed opposite one another, to create the look of staggered C-links along the length of the chain.
Necklace measures 15.6 inches long with a width of 2.8mm. Piece is made entirely of 18k solid gold and has marks for gold purity, maker, and the triple crown for Sweden. Condition is excellent with normal age related wear. Dark areas are just reflections from the room.

The pendant may have come earlier, but I retrieved it yesterday evening …. and I L O V E it! Here you can see it on the rounded box chain which complements the rounded triangle of the pendant. How wonderful is that! It’s like “They were meant to go together.” Because they are both 18 K gold, the color-match is perfect. Once again, Jill, we hit the bull’s eye dead center.
