Welcome to my jewelry box. I have a fondness for fine yet wearable solid gold and silver jewelry. In particular I love high quality bracelets from Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Italy. I import the best pieces from Europe, to wear and to share.
Over one hundred years old, these beautiful handmade gold pins are examples of gold's unique ductility. That is, gold has a special trait (ductility) in that it can be drawn into long strong strands. Ductility is one of the reasons goldsmiths find it wonderful to form gold into chain (chain is made from long strands, eg wire).
Ductility is also what makes it possible to have a thin elegant long yet strong pin made from a single droplet of gold.
Each of these radiant pins measures approximately 2.5 inches long and 4-5mm in diameter at the head. Pins have a spiral groove around their middle which serves to keep the pin where it's placed. Use them to elegantly pin your silk scarf in place or perhaps a corsage?
I love the handmade shaping of these pins. You can feel the craftsmanship when you roll the pins between your fingers.
Surprisingly after 100 years they are still sharp!

I had been watching this fancy link bracelet for a while and am so glad it stuck around for me. A gift for my daughter who loves it.
I saw it. I fell in love with it. I had to have it. With a short text and a phone call to Jill, it became mine. I truly did not think that it would be possible for me to wear this beautiful piece as the original rolo-link chain that the stone hung from was only 16.5 inches in length. I needed at least a 20 inch chain. Undaunted, Jill told me that she would look for a longer chain in the same rolo-link style but with a lobster clasp that I prefer. Not long after I received a video showcasing the longer chain that Jill had found to replace the original shorter one. Jill’s video contained dialogue with close-ups of the chain as she dangled it over and through her fingers. After giving her my enthusiastic approval, I had the pendant on the new longer chain within a day or two, and it was perfect. I wore my beautiful quartz pendant for the first time on Mother’s Day and received several compliments on it. Thank you, Jill, for making my wish come true. ❤️
