Obviously I'm a textile lover as I've devoted my design business to bending, sewing and musing over leather textiles. Solid gold forged into slinky chains is another chapter in my oohing and aahing over beautiful pliable yet strong constructions.

1962 Slender x-link bracelet in 18k gold - Vintage from Stockholm, Sweden

A classic Swedish vintage chain bracelet for your stack! 

Beautiful handmade craftsmanship in solid 18K gold that feels like liquid gold on your wrist.

Handmade in 1962 by maker MKS who was active 1959-1969 in Stockholm, Sweden. The link type is called x-link or sometimes a star link. The individually made links create little x’s where they are soldered together. Imagine the painstaking work that went into each and every solder. This is perfection!

This solid 18k gold bracelet weighs 6.7 grams and measures 7.5 inches (19cm) long. A nice slender link at 4.7mm.

Piece has a well working box clasp with double security eights and safety chain. Sophisticated and ready for daily wear.
