Vintage 18k Gold Knot Safety Pin Brooch or Chain Extender
One long beautiful rod of solid 18k gold has been skillfully tied into a knot and bent further to spring open/closed as a unique brooch. The details on this piece are impeccable, the proportions are perfectly balanced, and there is absolutely nothing extra.
Pin is large, measuring just shy of 2.5 iches long and is made of solid 18k yellow gold.
Use this gold safety pin to style your scarf, show off your charm collection, lengthen your chain, or even as a closure for a top.

I saw it. I fell in love with it. I had to have it. With a short text and a phone call to Jill, it became mine. I truly did not think that it would be possible for me to wear this beautiful piece as the original rolo-link chain that the stone hung from was only 16.5 inches in length. I needed at least a 20 inch chain. Undaunted, Jill told me that she would look for a longer chain in the same rolo-link style but with a lobster clasp that I prefer. Not long after I received a video showcasing the longer chain that Jill had found to replace the original shorter one. Jill’s video contained dialogue with close-ups of the chain as she dangled it over and through her fingers. After giving her my enthusiastic approval, I had the pendant on the new longer chain within a day or two, and it was perfect. I wore my beautiful quartz pendant for the first time on Mother’s Day and received several compliments on it. Thank you, Jill, for making my wish come true. ❤️
