1970 Vintage 18k gold slim x-link bracelet - 7.5 inch length

Gold link jewelry is gold textile as jewelry - well that's how I think about my particular fascination with gold link. Obviously I'm a textile lover as I've devoted my design business to bending, sewing and musing over leather textiles. Solid gold forged into slinky chains is another chapter in my oohing and aahing over beautiful pliable yet strong constructions.

1970 Vintage 18k gold slim x-link bracelet - 7.5 inch length

A classic Swedish vintage chain bracelet for you! 

Beautiful handmade craftsmanship in solid 18K gold that feels like silky gold on your wrist.

Handmade in 1970 by maker ABD who was active 1961-1981 in Falköping, Sweden. The link type is called x-link or sometimes a star link. The individually made links create little x’s where they are soldered together. Imagine the painstaking work that went into each and every solder. This is perfection!

This solid 18k gold bracelet weighs 5.4 grams and measures 7.5 inches (19cm) long. 

Piece has a well working box clasp with double security eights and safety chain. Sophisticated and ready for daily wear.
