18k gold horn instrument pendant or charm

I bought a really unique piece (the thicker “honey comb” faucet necklace in the photo) from this site and I always get compliments when I wear it.
I hadnt bought expensive jewelry from an Insta account before and so I was a little hesitant. It arrived fast and was as high quality as described. I would deff buy another piece again from her.
