1934 Swedish Vintage 18k Yellow Gold Graduated Pressed Curb Chain Necklace - 18.9 inch length
Today I have for you a gorgeous and wearable graduated width pressed curb chain necklace in a great length! The pressed polished links create a sparkly yet supple surface around your neck.
Piece was handmade in solid 18k gold in 1934 Stockholm Sweden by maker J Petterssons. Necklace measures approximately 18.9 inches long by 2.2 mm to 4 mm graduated width. Necklace weighs 8.02 g and has a spring clasp closure.
I love a graduated width chain that is wider in the center to exaggerate the luscious drape of links.
Excellent vintage condition with well working spring clasp. Any darks areas are just reflections from the room.

I had been watching this fancy link bracelet for a while and am so glad it stuck around for me. A gift for my daughter who loves it.
I saw it. I fell in love with it. I had to have it. With a short text and a phone call to Jill, it became mine. I truly did not think that it would be possible for me to wear this beautiful piece as the original rolo-link chain that the stone hung from was only 16.5 inches in length. I needed at least a 20 inch chain. Undaunted, Jill told me that she would look for a longer chain in the same rolo-link style but with a lobster clasp that I prefer. Not long after I received a video showcasing the longer chain that Jill had found to replace the original shorter one. Jill’s video contained dialogue with close-ups of the chain as she dangled it over and through her fingers. After giving her my enthusiastic approval, I had the pendant on the new longer chain within a day or two, and it was perfect. I wore my beautiful quartz pendant for the first time on Mother’s Day and received several compliments on it. Thank you, Jill, for making my wish come true. ❤️
