Vintage 1968 Double link solid 18k gold bracelet - 7.5 inch length

Gold link jewelry is gold textile as jewelry - well that's how I think about my particular fascination with gold link. Obviously I'm a textile lover as I've devoted my design business to bending, sewing and musing over leather textiles. Solid gold forged into slinky chains is another chapter in my oohing and aahing over beautiful pliable yet strong constructions.

Vintage 1968 Double link solid 18k gold bracelet - 7.5 inch length

A nice medium weight double-link bracelet for you! She is slinky and ready to add texture to your stack!

This link bracelet was handmade by the Swedish goldsmith CFG in 1968. Piece is solid 18K gold, 7.5 inches in length, 4 mm wide, 11.2 grams, with a perfect working clasp.

Bracelet has full Swedish hallmarks for maker, year, location and gold purity. Very good vintage condition.

This link type is called a double-link. Pairs of links run side by side - like two curb chains delicately soldered, link by link, to form a double length of links.

This bracelet is a classic you'll wear every day. 18k gold with a subtle warm rosy tint - stunning.
